I qualified as a PILATES INSTRUCTOR in 2005 and I really enjoy my classes.
Pilates is a rehabilitative, prophylactic, relaxing & mindful form of exercise and has numerous benefits, including providing you with a strong base of support for everything from day to day activities to high level sporting pursuits.
It is suitable for all levels of fitness and strength and is beneficial in the recovery from injury. I offer video consultations, 1:1 sessions, online classes and face to face classes. I love to watch people’s progress as they improve with practice.
